They gave me plenty information prior to making my purchase and at no point did it feel that they were acting in a robotic scripted manner in order to make a sale. They have very courteous staff who, unlike many companies, explain everything at a level that allows all the technical jargon to be understood easily. They also offer excellent value for money allowing to setup your online presence with very little initial funds. If it wasn't for this fact I don't think I'd be online at all at the present time.
